PGI organised an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Awareness Programme to familiarise students with the importance of protecting intellectual creations and innovations. The session covered patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and plagiarism, along with IPR infringement and enforcement. The programme was led by Dr. V. Murali Krishna, Director, Sambhram Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru, who provided valuable insights into the role of IPR in innovation, business and academia. The session enhanced students’ awareness of protecting ideas, respecting intellectual property and promoting innovation.
