PGI organised a workshop on “Youths in Startups: Opportunities, Innovation and Women Entrepreneurship” on 18th March 2026. The programme was organised by the Incubation Committee and conducted by Dr. Vaishali R. Nikam, Founder of Thincubator LLP. The workshop aimed to create awareness about startup opportunities, encourage innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, highlight the role of youth and women in entrepreneurship, and provide practical insights into starting and managing a business. The session was interactive and engaging, with students gaining real-world insights, greater confidence in developing business ideas, and motivation to explore startups and entrepreneurial career opportunities. The programme received a positive response from students and successfully achieved its objectives.
