PGI successfully hosted a highly impactful Mega Job Mela in it’s campus, reaffirming its dedicated commitment to career development and industry–institution collaboration. The landmark recruitment drive brought together hundreds of aspiring graduates and leading corporate recruiters under one roof.

The inaugural session featured inspiring addresses by Managing Director Dr. Arpitha and the Head of the Institution (HOI). Leaders emphasized the vital role of bridging academic learning with industry requirements and expanding career opportunities for graduating students.

- Candidate Footfall: Around 892 candidates actively participated in the recruitment drive, including final-year students across multiple disciplines.
- Corporate Presence: 92 prominent companies represented key industries including IT, Non-IT, Finance, HR, Mechanical, and Pharmacy.
- Competitive Packages: Participating organizations offered full-time job roles and internship opportunities with attractive salary packages ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month.

Following a streamlined registration process for both job seekers and recruiters, interviews proceeded smoothly throughout the day. The campus environment was kept well-organized through the active support of dedicated student volunteers and faculty coordinators. To express gratitude for their valuable partnership, proper food arrangements were provided for all HR representatives, and the event concluded with the presentation of mementos to company leaders.
